Different matter types have different Details screens. Matter types relating to the formation of an Entity (Corporation, Franchise, Limited Liability Company, Not-for-Profit, Partnership, and Series Limited Liability Company) will have a Details section that is a sub-layout to the company. These will contain important information used on the government forms used when creating these entities. Sample screenshots are included below:
Limited Liability Company: Structure details, members and managers
Corporation: Structure details, shares, directors and officers.
For litigation matter types, such as Commercial Dispute, you will have a Case Details layout to track court information.
